Bolognese
Rich and hearty classic dish made with beef, veal, pancetta, mirepox, cream and fresh tomato sauce. Serve with rigatoni or pardadelle
Indian Beans
Maybe a non-meat night, try this aromatic Indian Chickpea dish full of Indian layers of flavor, spice and herbs. Has potatoes and peppers.
Pasta Fagioli
Another delicious soup for a meal. Fresh vegetable broth with Ditalini pasta, white beans, and mirepoix, parm cheese. Pancetta optional.
Tacos
Create a taco with either chicken, steak or ground beef. Chock full of Latino power and flavor. Serve on corn or flour tortilla with beans.
Roasted Potato
Roasted golden brown with fresh herbs and spices. Serve with chicken or beef.
Crepe Manicotti
Made with fresh crepes, stuffed with Ricotta and Papa's own fresh made Tomato sauce. Simple delectable.
Ramen
Award winning soup is a meal itself. Fresh slow braised pork slices, pork broth, Ramen Noodle, Bok Choy, Bean Sprouts, and spicy heat.
Chicken Noodle
Made from fresh chicken stock using whole chicken, herbs, spices such as dill, onion, parsnip, carrot, celery. American or Jewish style.
Deli Cole Slaw
Having a party or BBQ, picnic? So fresh, cold and yummy. Goes great on a grilled or fried chicken sandwich or with pulled pork.
Real NY Home Fries
Few offer these or offer them right. These are made with NY love like the old days. Boiled then flat top grilled with onions, optional bacon
Asian Beef Stir Fry
One of many types or stir fries offered. Choose beef, pork or chicken. Melt in your mouth, call to customize
Chicken Pad Thai
Fresh from scratch Pad Thai Peanut Sauce, crushed peanuts, chicken, lime, cilantro and more
French cut green beans
Cooked to perfection with garlic, almonds and butter. Goes great with red meat or any main dish.
Chicken Franchaise
Delicate egg/flour batter, gently fried golden with lemon butter wine sauce. Dinner or party hit.
