Who's Papa?
Chef Eric Charles Mokotoff
Born and raised in Queens NY, Eric has had a career dedicated to hospitality, the arts and cooking. With years of culinary diversity in Queens, Chef Eric began cooking at age 12 and was exposed to all the delicious food ethnicities NY offered.
Growing up in an all Jewish Italian neighborhood many cooking techniques and secrets were acquired. Hustling in delis, pizza places, and bagel stores as well as waiting tables in the Catskills also gave a lot of experience to what goes into homemade dishes.
What started as cooking parties and hosting holidays turned into a cookbook that turned into the demand for small batch, personalized cooking.
Small batch means only a dozen or less of any dish is freshly prepared for those who have pre-ordered.
The focus is fresh, natural, wholesome cooking while supporting the American Rancher.
All of the meats are 100% USA Small Coop Rancher so you know where your food is coming from.
Papa is what people affectionately refer to Eric as, love goes into his food and you can find something to your delight in American, Asian, Indian, Latino and Italian fare.
